Communicating the reservation details to your lodge staff is crucial for preparing for guest arrivals and for providing a great experience for the duration of their stay. Information such as arrival and departure dates / times, travel transfers, pax amounts and planned activities can be given to the lodge in advance so they can plan the operational logistics.

On a more personal note, the guest’s dietary requirements, general requests, areas of interest and room preferences may also be communicated to the lodge to ensure guests have a personalised and memorable experience with you. Guest information of repeat visitors is also invaluable to ensure you offer the necessary customer care to establish long term customer loyalty. All of these important details must be saved on the Guest Profile, booking notes or relevant booking fields so they can be sent to the lodge in a few easy steps.

Here’s a tip
If you’re not interested in viewing rooming and just want basic details of which guests are arriving, what extra’s have been booked, what your guests names are etc, then just de-select your Accommodation Chart in the report filter section.
