A Telephone Management system can be used to monitor phone calls at the lodge which is useful if you have installed telephones in your guest and staff rooms. Use this interface to monitor the calls and add the charges onto their account in ResRequest.
Can telephone call charges be invoiced from ResRequest?
Yes! Once you have signed up with a Telephone Management system, you can activate the Telephone interface in ResRequest. Calls are then monitored through the Telephone system and recorded on the guest’s account in ResRequest.
