Your marketing and sales team have done a great job to ensure your guests book their stay with you. Once the guests are en route to your lodge, it’s up to you – the front of house and lodge team – to create their ultimate holiday experience.
Property Management includes the co-ordination of lodge operations from front office management and logistics to lodge sales and accounts. Working through this module will help front of house teams automate functions like recording guest details, working with Point of Sale and Telephone systems, managing accounts receivable, monitoring food and beverage, managing room allocation, general quality control and other amenities.

How do I use ResRequest at my property?
Use ResRequest at your lodge in the form of a ResRequest Property server. This is an offline installation of ResRequest (sinks with the web) and differs to the standard ResRequest Reservations system with certain functionality.
