Stock holding / non-stock holding bookings
All the bookings that you capture in ResRequest have a status. This status determines whether the reservation is stock holding or non-stock holding. Stock refers to your availability. If a booking is stock holding – availability has been reserved at the selected property. If a booking is non-stock holding the selected availability is free to be booked by another user.
ResRequest has 5 status options.
Confirmed: Holding stock
Provisional: Holding stock (expired Provisional: Non-stock holding)
Quotation: Non-stock holding
Cancelled: Non-stock holding
Waitlist: Non-stock holding
