Central Reservations FAQs
What reports should I pull weekly to help me manage my reservations?
There are a number of useful reports that ResRequest offers such as the,
- Standard report, which enables you to track your reservation numbers, financials and status.
- Provisional expiry, which enables you to chase the agents holding provisional bookings that are about to expire so they may be confirmed.
- Arrivals and Departures, which helps you and the property to co-ordinate guest’s transfers.
These are covered in the General Reservations reports tutorial.
How do I keep track of my res. team’s performance?
If you’re the reservations manager or business owner it’s always nice to know who in your team is really pulling their weight and those who may need some more encouragement. There are a number of ways to track what a user has done in ResRequest such as:
- The Reservation audit trail, which tracks changes made on a reservation.
- The Update report, showing which consultants are creating and amending bookings
- The Login stats report, which tracks who logged into your system and when.
- FAR report, is arguably the best way to track user performance as it compares revenue generated by each consultant per week/month.
