Communication to your agent can be an endless stream of information, questions or confirmations. It doesn’t have to be such a tedious process. With ResRequest’s Reservation documents, all the information an agent would require from a booking can be included in a concise and consolidated document.
With the Show / Hide functionality on documents, you can customise the layout and information included on the document according to your agent’s requirements. Add personalised messages to documents or add attachments to emails to include any additional information. These documents are specific to individual reservations but if your agent has multiple reservations with you, use the email function available on many reports that allows you to do bulk document emailing.
Reports are also a great way to help you manage your Agent or buyer communications. Reports can help you to identify agents with outstanding payments and chase them to settle accounts using the Payments Due report, or chase them to confirm / extend Provisional bookings such as the Provisional Expiry report. Reports, like the FAR reports, can also identify your top selling agents so you can prioritise and nurture your relationship with them.
