If you haven’t already contacted the Merchant Services division of their bank directly, DPO PayGate will ask your bank to make contact to sign their required paperwork

It will take a minimum of 15 working days for the bank to process an application for E-commerce. Once the merchant account information has been sent to DPO PayGate, they will load the profile, run a test transaction and if everything is working, issue the DPO PayGate ID, usually within 48 hours.
