Using GRM data

Using GRM data

Pre-populate indemnity / Guest registration forms at the Property

You can use the information your Reservations team has already captured in the system to pre-populate any forms the Guests have to fill out when they arrive at your property.

There are a number of ways to do this:

  • You generate a report from ResRequest with all the necessary information – and export to a CSV file. This becomes your Database.
  • You open your form in Word. This becomes your Letter.
  • You use the Mail Merge wizard to combine your Letter with your Database.
  • You can export to a printer – and print each form
  • Or you can export to a document – so you have a copy of the forms saved somewhere
  • You can do this every day, or once a week – and once you’ve set up your form letter, all you have to do is plug in the latest database (downloaded from ResRequest).

Watch this video tutorial on how to use Mail Merge.

Use Guest surveys

Interfacing to a Guest Survey system allows you to send out guest surveys to your guests in ResRequest. Surveys can be hugely beneficial to your business as they help you to monitor customer satisfaction and may identify areas for improvement.

Interface to a Guest Survey system: eGuestSurv

eGuestSurv, developed by Diversified Technologies, is a web based Guest satisfaction management solution. The system addresses the needs to obtain continuous, high quality, real time, actionable and distributed guest feedback and the needs of customers to provide feedback to businesses in a convenient online and reliable method. eGuestSurv is an Event Driven Feedback (EDF) solution, which means that guests are surveyed immediately after utilising a service and therefore provides a continuous flow of guest feedback with advanced service failure notifications.
