Guest Travel History

Here you record information specific to each visit – what you capture allows you to “recognise” your Guest the next time they travel with you. Similarly to the Guest Profile, you can specify exactly what you’d like to record. Information can be a combination of:

Free text
Checkboxes
Drop Downs
Radio Buttons

It also enables you to get very specific with your marketing campaigns. If a lion has cubs – you can email all the people who showed an interest in, or saw, the lions on their visit. If a Guide gets married, or promoted, or shoots some great film – you can email all the people who travelled with him.

Some examples of fields you could specify here:

Who was their Guide;
Who was the manager at the time of their visit;
What exciting sightings did they have;
Were they interested in your community programmes;
Did they donate to a cause you are promoting;
What did they write in your feedback/visitors book;
Where else did they stay on their trip;
Did they rate you on social media.
