ARM Events
Using Events is a great way to track your meetings with Agents. Working with this information can create a powerful CRM strategy. Events have 3 layers – all of which can be used to filter information on reports:
- Event Action: what action has happened, or needs to happen
- Event: describes the actual event
- Event Tag: a label to further distinguish this event for reporting purposes.
Your Event is generally a meeting – this could be a sales call, at a tradeshow or through a fam trip. Your Event could have no tags, a single tag, or multiple tags depending on what kind of Event you are recording. In the case of a meeting at a Tradeshow – you can only have a meeting with 1 Agent in 1 location at a time – hence 1 tag. In the case of a To Do you’d like your sales team to pick up on, there could be multiple items needed, hence multiple tags.
