Agent Overview
Analyse your agents’ performance to quickly see which agents are bringing the most bookings, guests by nationality, agents activity and more!
How can you view this data?
User access
Firstly, you need access to view these graphs, so ensure that the following section is selected.
Admin > Setup > User access
In the Function access control, ensure that Contacts: Agent Overview is set to at least view only, update or management level for the relevant user group.
Have a look at our User Access module for more info should you need any help.
Now that you have access, simply navigate to your agent, Contacts > Find Contact
Select the Agent Overview tab from your agents contact profile.
Let’s take a closer look at the agent graphs available to you.
Bed Night Activity
All bednights for your agent travelling for the past and current year, per property, per month.
The default view will show all properties but you can simply select or deselect the properties that you would like to have a look at.
Use the bottom slider bar to navigate through the months.
New bookings
Total New Bookings
Percentage of confirmed and provisional bookings from last year to this year.
Confirmed (Current status)
Percentage of bookings currently confirmed to last year’s confirmed bookings.
Cancelled (Current status)
Percentage of bookings currently cancelled to last years cancelled bookings
Confirmed ÷ All new bookings
Percentage of bookings converted to confirmed status.
Top 5 staff
Bookings created in week 1 to 5 of the current month. You can see below that 2 bookings were created in the first week.
Consultants linked to the agent may reflect here when they create bookings in the current period.
Booking by status
Number and percentage of current confirmed, provisional, and cancelled statuses of bookings created for the current year.
Bookings by nationality
All status bookings created this year by country. Have a look at our video on editing your booking to see how easy it is to add this valuable info to your reservation.
New bookings and CRM events
Our Customer Relationship Management module allows you to add CRM events to an agents contact record (CRM Events tab) to track your meetings with your agent.
This graph reflects new bookings created per month and the events recorded in the same periods.
Revenue and yield
Accommodation revenue and yield per currency.
