Understanding property management
As the front-of-house team, ResRequest’s Property Management module will help you manage the guest’s stay. From the lodge, you can enter guest details to keep up-to-date and relevant information on repeat and valued guests, draw detailed reports to help with day-to-day logistics and even access all your reservation information when your internet is down with an offline server.
With an easy-to-use rooming calendar you can check guests into rooms, manage guest profiles and balance guest room accounts. If you work with integrated telephone, point-of-sale and stock control systems, you can connect ResRequest so that guest accounts are automatically updated when your team charges to the guest’s account.
The tutorials covered in this module will provide you with the fundamentals on working with property management functions in ResRequest.
