Set directly in Enterprise and synced with ResNova for seamless control.
Manage booking patterns effortlessly with the new MinLOS feature! MinLOS helps optimise your property’s occupancy by setting rules that require guests to stay a minimum number of nights, especially during high-demand periods. For example, a two-night MinLOS could ensure Friday-Saturday bookings, maximising revenue and minimising room turnover costs. With MinLOS in ResNova:
- Deals For You Tags: Properties with MinLOS will display a customisable “Deals For You” button, making it easy for guests to view these offers.
- Booking Transparency: Guests see MinLOS rules applied both on the property matrix and at room level, ensuring clear communication of booking requirements. This feature not only regulates booking lengths but also turns restrictions into upsell opportunities with attractive tags that drive longer stays.
Lead Time Set on ResNova
Ensures operational control for remote locations until full Enterprise integration.
Introducing Lead Time – a new feature allowing properties to set how many days in advance bookings can be made. This gives your team breathing room, ensuring guests can’t book too close to arrival dates, ideal for remote properties or those needing preparation time.
Note: For now, lead time must be set individually per property within the widget, with future integration from the Enterprise System on the way.
