ResNova, ResRequest’s booking widget, is now newly built in modern, powerful technologies that now provide a sleek and stable booking experience. Guests will now receive a new and improved booking confirmation email, that will include your Property contact details as well as the ability to print the confirmation and return to the widget.
While building Resnova 3.0, responsiveness was top of our mind as we know most of your guests access the internet via their mobile devices and we wanted to ensure that their user journey is optimal and user-friendly. Your guests will now be able to book rooms in a simple and accessible way, no matter the device that they’re on.
ResNova integrates seamlessly into ResRequest from your website. Simply activate a ResNova user account with our support centre, setup the widget, customise it, then pop it into your site. Bookings made using the widget are automatically recorded in your ResRequest system.
