How can I change the Covid field?
The Covid note on the check-in form is a static field for now. Future releases will allow you to customise this field, and others.
Guest Services
Settings in the Guest Services tab enable you to customise options for the Guest Check-in module.
Online check-in options:
Details on the form: Tick the checkbox to the right of the field which is compulsory on the guest check-in form. The user will be forced to add these details in order to complete the online check-in
The copy inserted in the Indemnity message to the guest field will be displayed on the indemnity message box when the guest checks in. The guest is required to tick that they have read and understood this message before completing the check-in. A copy of this message is included in the email sent to the guest after their successful check-in. This message is also stored on the registration card stored on the guest’s Trip sheet.
If you have multiple properties in your ResRequest system, and you would like unique indemnity messages at each property, then set up your indemnity message on the Property. If there is no indemnity message stored on the property, then this Default indemnity message will be displayed during the check-in at that property.
