The Specials Combo list records the details of specials that can be combined on a reservation. If a reservation qualifies for multiple combos, the combo highest on the combo list will be applied.
The number of specials within a combo that may be applied to a reservation can be limited by specifying a maximum number. Specials within a combo appear in the order in which they are ranked in the Specials table and this is the order in which they are applied to a reservation.
The order of the specials within a combo are determined by the order in the special setup. This order will also be the order in which they are applied to a reservation.
To change this, navigate to Admin > Setup > Rates > Specials from within your system.
