GuestRevu is a web based survey system that offers branded survey documents, dashboards and access to competitor data. Here are some of the features we love about GuestRevu:

  • Track and manage survey feedback and Online Reputation Management across your entire group of hotels and lodges.
  • GuestRevu provides instant notifications so you can quickly provide feedback or intercept complaints before the customer takes their tales to the twitter halls.
  • With their Online Reputation Management module you can track feedback from channels like TripAdvisor, Agoda, Expedia, Travelocity and others, on one dashboard.

How GuestRevu integrates to ResRequest

One of our absolute favourite features about this product is how seamlessly it integrates to ResRequest. All you need to do is add your guest names and email addresses to your booking in ResRequest! GuestRevu automatically checks ResRequest departures daily, and pops off a survey at the right time.

eGuestSurv

The developers of GuestRevu support a second product, eGuestSurv. Centricity’s recommended product is GuestRevu; however, they will continue to support eGuestSurv as a legacy product. Should you already use eGuestSurv, here is information about the product and integration to ResRequest:

Like GuestRevu, GuestSurv is web based guest satisfaction application, also developed and supported by Centricity.

A differentiator to GuestRevu is that the eGuestSurv interface is not automated from ResRequest. eGuestSurv needs a user to manually initiate the survey from ResRequest, take a look at how this works.
