Set up Guest surveys in ResRequest

How to setup GuestRevu’s automated interface in ResRequest

GuestRevu helps you quickly and easily gather feedback from your guests so that you can identify areas you need to focus on for improvement and areas your guests love! Our integration to GuestRevu is automated so all you need to do is add your guests and their emails in ResRequest and GuestRevu will do the rest. Before you can activate the interface you’ll need to sign up with GuestRevu, activate your interface in ResRequest and add your guests to ResRequest.

Here are more details of the sign up steps:

Getting Started

Step 1: Sign up with GuestRevu

Email GuestRevu to sign up for an account. They stages of the sign up process include:

  • Creating your guest survey template in GuestRevu
  • Getting familiar with the GuestRevu dashboard and backoffice
  • Confirming your subscription cost for GuestRevu
    In addition to a monthly charge for GuestRevu, expect a once-off setup charge from GuestRevu and ResRequest. Budget on 2 hours from ResRequest, charged at our standard annual support fee.

Activate your connection before 31 December 2022 and your once-off connection setup will be done absolutely FREE!

Step 2: ResRequest sets up and tests the interface

Email ResRequest confirmation that you would like to get setup and let us know what properties you’ll be connecting. We’ll setup your GuestRevu account in our back office, and let you know when it’s done.

Step 3: Add guest names to your ResRequest bookings

Next, we’ll test the connection. This will give you time to brief your team how to add guest names to bookings.

Setup internal processes for your team to record guest details in ResRequest, then enjoy watching the trends from your GuestRevu dashboard as your guest’s applause come rolling in!

  • Note

     GuestRevu will send a survey to guest’s departing that day. Only guests with an email address, who are setup as a Primary guest, are included for survey.

Step 4: Analyse your survey results

Chat with GuestRevu’s support team for guidance and training on the GuestRevu backoffice or contact our ResRequest Support Team if you need help with the interface or managing the setup of guests in ResRequest.
