Give your Agent a login
If you have trusted agents with whom you’d like to share your rates and availability, but they don’t have a system to which you can connect, you may offer them an Agent login.
An Agent login is simply giving an agent login access to your ResRequest system. Agents will typically be added to an Agent user group with user access restrictions so they do not have the same user access as your reservationists.

How to create an Agent login
To set up an Agent login you simply need to create a user access group and a new user – see our Working with contacts and User access sections to do this yourself. If you still need assistance, contact our Support centre.
