The Product Usage Dashboard is a quick and easy reference point, to assess what areas of the system are being used and what you can still tap into.

System usage scorecard:

The scoring is based on how well you’re using the 7 modules in your ResRequest system.

To see more information about how much of each module is being used, you can click on one of the modules, to open up the tiles within that module.

Each tile represents a specific area in the system, with an indication of how well you’re using it. A “score” is given on each tile, which contributes to the total system usage percentage.

In the center of most tiles is a question mark which, if selected, will direct you to the learn online support page for that area of the system.

The bottom right of some tiles will produce a graph, showing you trends in that area.
