Our Specials tools have undergone a complete overhaul, with significant upgrades to its functionality and design:
Drag-and-Drop Prioritisation
Simply drag and drop specials in the Specials List to adjust their priority. This intuitive update makes managing specials faster and easier than ever.
Agent-Specific Filtering
A new “Sell via API” toggle allows you to filter specials based on agent access, ensuring precise control over which agents can view or sell each special.
New Marketing Tab
Designed to help you prepare specials for online sales, this tab includes:
- Marketing Headline, Teaser, and Description with a rich text editor for customisable formatting.
- Main Image selection and up to nine additional images to enhance visual appeal.
API Access
We’ve introduced an API call to retrieve specials, enabling seamless integration with other systems and enhancing accessibility.
These updates set the stage for streamlined online sales, allowing you to market specials effectively and offer tailored access to agents.
Extras Code Table Enhancement ✨

We’ve extended the Extras Code Table to include powerful new features for marketing and agent access:
Agent Filters
Specify which agents can access specific extras, providing more control and flexibility.
Marketing Enhancements
Add a marketing headline, description, and image for each extra to prepare them for online sales.
API Improvements
- The ac_get_extra call now allows external agent access with an agent ID.
- The rv_get_extra call now returns images linked to extras for enhanced booking visibility.
