We’ve seen the excitement from our clients about the business value our dashboards add, so we have added 2 new powerful charts to our Sales Overview dashboard.
Accommodation Revenue Chart
The new Accommodation Revenue chart affords you the ability to compare room revenue for the current year, the previous year, and the next year.
Revenue(Cumulative) Chart
Cumulative means “How much so far?”. Our new Revenue (cumulative) chart shows how much revenue your accommodation sales have accumulated each month for the year to date.
Accommodation Occupancy Chart
The Accommodation Occupancy chart displays achieved vs potential occupancy by room or bed night. It’s a quick way to see occupancy %, and how it compares to the previous year.
Environment User Access

Typically a user will work in a single environment; however, they are able to access any environment within the organisation. With our introduction of web-based property servers, customers asked that we extend user restrictions based on their environment.
This new functionality restricts user access based on the environment. Once the System Administrator has set up environment restrictions in the User Access, any login attempts on an unauthorised environment will redirect the user to an Unauthorised Access page.
For ease of use, the Unauthorised Access page provides links to environments the user is permitted to access.
