Push notifications are our way of connecting with you via in-app messaging. With our new push notifications we are able to send real-time updates and reminders. These notifications allow us to keep in touch with you in a non-intrusive way by providing timely messages and helpful and relevant information like release enhancements, system notices, letting you know if we have trainers in your area and highlighting if we’re running any specials. Our push notifications are designed for us to reach out to the relevant person in your business, so we keep the airspace free unless it is absolutely relevant to you.

FAQ: Will you still reach out to me on email?

If you are part of our subscription base then you will continue to hear from us via our blog posts; however, we will be moving ResRequest-relevant communication like pre and post upgrades, into our push notification module.

New Credit Card Interface – CRDB Bank

Providing online credit card payments makes your guest’s experience easy and convenient when they book and pay for their trip online. We are excited to announce a new interface to credit card payment gateway, CRDB Bank. CRDB Bank is located in Tanzania. They do not require that you host an account with them, their only condition is that funds are not transferred out of Tanzania.

What integration is available to ResRequest customers

CRDB credit card payments can be setup on ResNova, on your ResRequest back office (for staff processing check outs), on the ResRequest booking page and on the ResRequest Pay Now page. This video explains how credit card functionality can be used with ResRequest.
