ResNova is now newly built in modern, powerful technologies that now provide a sleek and stable booking experience.
A refreshed look
ResNova is now beautifully designed to create the ultimate booking experience for your guest.
Guests will now receive a new and improved booking confirmation email, that will include your Property contact details as well as the ability to print the confirmation and return to the widget.
Built with mobile in mind
While building ResNova 3.0, responsiveness was top of our mind as we know most of your guests access the internet via their mobile devices and we wanted to ensure that their user journey is optimal and user-friendly. Your guests will now be able to book rooms in a simple and accessible way, no matter the device that they’re on.
ADDED FUNCTIONALITY IN THE BACK OFFICE
Live chat on Resnova
Live chat is now built into the ResNova back office. If you require any assistance with the setup of your back office or if you have any query related to ResNova, then our Support team is on standby to help you with any of your queries.
New payment options available
Guests now have the option to book now and pay later thereby bypassing the credit card process. In this release, ResNova now allows the user to make full or part payment.
DPO is now available on ResNova
You can now use DPO Paygate as a payment gateway for ResNova bookings.
Select your booking source
ResNova now enables you to keep track of where your bookings are coming from. Sources usually include marketing channels which can now help you understand guest trends and focus on sales.
Set up your brand settings once
On the newly added ‘Brand Settings’ tab, we allow you to customise ResNova to ensure that it aligns with your branding and website look and feel.
You have the option to customise from the button colours, the text colour on buttons, to the hover states.
Upgrading is as easy 1, 2, 3
Upgrading to the latest ResNova can now be done by a click of a button, so you can enjoy any of the latest features.
Important to note: Newer versions of ResNova will only work on secure sites (https), so please ensure that your website is secure when implementing a ResNova widget on it.
