Commissions

Reporting on commissions can be done on reservations or on actual agent profiles.
It can be done on an overview level and even on agent specific profiles.

Each agent gets a default commission percentage on their profile and this is applicable on all rack rates

STO rates commission are applied that are setup on the rate and makes the Agent profile commission null and void.

Both the above scenarios are applicable and can be reported on.

Agent profiles

-Contact > Reports > CRM Custom

On the CRM custom report you can select various different information to be displayed however, most importantly you want the agent details to be displayed , which will make the below details mandatory.

This report will give you each agent default commission and can provide you with alot of other information for each agent

Agent commissions

Two reports can be used for this

– Commissions report

Reports > Financials > Commissions

This report will allow to report on both Nett and Gross level

What this provides is the function to report on certain commission percentages or all commissions, and at a Nett or Gross level.

– Financial Analysis Report Folio

Reports > Financial > Financial Analysis Report Folio

The report will enable you to display commissions on each reservation or group commissions for each agent.

The sections highlighted below are the most important sections to take into account when using this report.

You can report on agent specific detailed commissions or on an overview level and look at all of your agent commissions to reconcile at the end of each month.

Below you will see the most important filters to be used when doing the report on this level

The filters chosen here are important because it can report on individual reservations breaking down the commissions on accommodation and extras level.

The filter below will also be able to distinguish between Nett and Gross or Payable to an Agent.
