Automated Interfaces
Electronic interfaces are available to several of the more commonly used accounting systems.
In all cases this involves translating the ResRequest language into the accounting system language.
The first step of this translation is to map ResRequest financial elements (Rate Components, Extras, Taxes and Debtors) to corresponding account codes.
The second step is to translate Resrequest transactions into a format that is recognised by the accounting system.
We then batch the reformatted transactions into files that are exported to the accounting system.
