It is important to present your guests with a portal that they can utilise to set up their guest lists and check in, that is an extension of your premium brand.
There are two components in the guest services module that can be customised to reflect your brand.

Guest Services Email Template Image
The guest services email templates include the guest list confirmation, check-in confirmation and check-in reminder (generated by the automated workflows) emails.
The images for the two customisable components can be the same image, or you can use two completely different images. The choice is completely up to you.
This is an indication that the images for your guest services page have not been set up as yet. Please contact our support team and supply them with an image or images to customise your guest services pages.
Kindly take note of the minimum requirements for the images you send through to us, for your guest services portal.
There are plans to extend the customisability of the email template images to at property level in future.
