GuestRevu helps you quickly and easily gather feedback from your guests so that you can identify areas you need to focus on for improvement and areas your guests love! Our integration to GuestRevu is automated so all you need to do is add your guests and their emails in ResRequest and GuestRevu will do the rest. Before you can activate the interface you’ll need to sign up with GuestRevu, activate your interface in ResRequest and add your guests to ResRequest.

Email ResRequest confirmation that you would like to get setup and let us know what properties you’ll be connecting. We’ll setup your GuestRevu account in our back office, and let you know when it’s done.
Next, we’ll test the connection. This will give you time to brief your team how to add guest names to bookings.

Setup internal processes for your team to record guest details in ResRequest, then enjoy watching the trends from your GuestRevu dashboard as your guest’s applause come rolling in!
GuestRevu will send a survey to guest’s departing that day. Only guests with an email address, who are setup as a Primary guest, are included for survey.
