Reporting on user access
We have recognised the importance of having transparency of any changes that have been made to user access in your reservation system. The addition of the user access audit trail will now allow your team to report on any changes made (going forward from the 7.33 release) to user access.
Access the user access audit trail by navigating to Reports > Audit > User Access Audit.
On the user access audit report you can filter by users, user groups, functions, and type filters (for filtering by the types of changes made, ie. allow cross invoicing, API flag, functions access).
Clicking on any of the results will trigger a pop-up, showcasing the details of the change that has been made.
Here is a bit more information on the filter options available on this report:
Function | Description |
---|---|
User Group | Filter the report results based on the user access group that changes have been made to. |
User Filter | Filter the report results based on the user that has made the change. |
Function Filter | Filter the report results based on specific functions. |
Type Filter | Filter the report results based on specific types of changes that have been applied. |

Function | Description |
---|---|
User Access (Edit) | A user access group has been edited. |
User Access (Function Access) | The functions for a user access group has been updated. |
User Access (New) | A new user access group has been added. |
User Access (Prop and Accomm) | The properties and accommodation types access for a user access group has been changed. |
