Fixed a couple of security vulnerabilities. Renamed labels on the user access page to be more clear. Added two new restrictions to the Reservation restrictions section to 'Allow reservation detail changes' and 'Allow itinerary changes'. Agents with update access for 'Reservation: Tabs' can now make edits to reservations based on the two new restrictions, mentioned above. If a user has the correct access to edit reservations but cannot due to the system being slave then a new 'Modification Request' button appears on the Reservation details page for a request to be made for the reservation to be edited on behalf of the user. A new notification called 'Modifications/Requests' has been added. This can be clicked to view modifications and modification requests. A new API call rv_can_edit_reservation has been added to determine whether a reservation can be edited and what parts. The rv_update_itinerary and rv_delete_itinerary have been extended to accept 3 new parameters to be used in sending modification requests.	2018-12-28

Changes to the Zed-Axis Quickbooks export: 1) The Reference field on payment transactions now contains both reservation number and resRequest receipt number. This ensures that each reference number is unique, which is what QuickBooks requires. 2) Provides the option to export invoices with values that are inclusive of VAT. This ensures that the total invoice amount is exactly the same in ResRequest and QuickBooks. When we pass exclusive values, Quickbooks calculates the VAT amount and adds it to the exclusive value to obtain the full invoice value. This often results in a 1c rounding difference, which prevents payments from matching against the amount. Change to the Financial Interface > Transactions screen: A sub-filter has been added under the Payments filter to enable you to isolate payments that either do or do not link to an invoice.
