We have an exciting new update that now provides agents with the ability to edit reservations from the ResRequest Enterprise user interface as well as from the API.
Here you can see the new features that can be enabled in User Access for Agents so that they are able to edit itineraries.
It is advised that only “Allow Itinerary changes” should be enabled.
When a change or a request to make a change to an itinerary is made, the admin will receive a notification of this, this can be access by the pen Icon on the far right.
All changes to an itinerary will be logged which can be accessed by clicking the page icon.

We now have created an integration to the Xero financial interface in the form of awesome exported invoices. Xero Accounting software is a globally recognised accounting solution and with our new integration it makes sending invoices a breeze. You can learn more about Xero here.
